a) When you visit the website

When you visit our website www.sakea.design, the browser on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in so-called log files.

The following data in particular is recorded:

name and URL of the file accessed
website from which access is made (referrer URL)
browser used and, where applicable, your computer's operating system
name of your internet access provider

This data is used exclusively to ensure a smooth connection and for system security. It is not combined with other data sources.

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address and, where applicable, name, phone number and the content of your message) will be stored in order to process your request.

3. Analytics with GoatCounter (privacy-friendly web analytics)

Our website uses GoatCounter (www.goatcounter.com). GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not process any personal data. Only anonymized usage statistics are recorded (e.g. page views, browser type, screen size).

4. Use of Webflow (hosting and content delivery)

Our website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Webflow processes data (e.g. IP addresses, browser information) in order to provide the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Webflow in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or – where Webflow is certified accordingly – on the basis of the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
